AfriAI publishes African technology intelligence with visible evidence boundaries. The Field Desk combines automation with a fail-closed policy: a weak research packet becomes a hold, not a confident article.

Research input
A research run records the thesis, direct source links, source tier, and the claims the article will make.

Claim coverage
Every published paragraph maps to a sourced fact, reported fact, labelled estimate, or clearly marked editorial interpretation.

Release policy
Only fresh, low-risk Weekly Radar items without policy flags are eligible for autonomous publication. Sensitive, incomplete, or stale work is held.

Build and release
The system generates the site article, source list, UTM-tagged LinkedIn draft, and release receipts, then requires a clean production build.

Production and learning
Published pages receive a production smoke check. The learning receipt defines the readership and newsletter signals reviewed after release.
Labels and limits
Sourced Fact uses a Tier 1 or Tier 2 source. Reported Fact attributes third-party reporting without representing it as independently verified. Directional and illustrative material is labelled accordingly. AfriAI content is analysis, not professional advice.
